The program
Giant Motors Auto Body & Paint sends text messages to customers who agree to receive them. Messages are about your estimate, your repair, your vehicle pickup and, after the repair, a request to tell us about your experience and leave a review.
How you opt in
You agree to receive text messages when you submit our estimate form on giantmotorsauto.com with your mobile number, or when you give us your mobile number at the shop and tell our staff that we may text you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your estimate and repair. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from us. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOP ALL. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To start again, reply START.
