Estimate requests
Estimates are free. An estimate based on photos or a description is preliminary: the final price is confirmed after we inspect the vehicle in person, and insurance claims are subject to your insurer’s approval. Please make sure the information you send us is accurate.
How we contact you
When you request an estimate, you agree that Giant Motors may contact you by phone call or email, using the contact details you provide, about your request and your repair.
Text messages are separate and optional. We text you only if you check the text message consent box on our estimate form, or tell our staff in person that you agree. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of an estimate, purchase or service.
Text message terms
Program: Giant Motors Auto Body & Paint customer messages. If you agree to receive texts, we may send you messages about your estimate and repair, and a request to review our service after you pick up your vehicle.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. You can also call us at (305) 538-4517.

Photos you send us
Photos you upload are used to prepare your estimate and to work on your repair. We do not publish them without your permission.
